Here is what I would like to have in MW3:
perk 1 battlefield skills
Scavenger: resupply from friendly and enemy bodies
Pro: extra magazines
Lightweight: sprint faster
Pro: no falling damage
Marathon: unlimited sprint
Pro: aim down your sight while sprinting (excluding sniper rifles)
Flack jacket: reduce explosive damage
Pro: reduce the effects of tactical grenades
Hardline: require kill streaks with one less kill
Pro: re-roll the outcome of a care package
Hidden: stay hidden from enemy aircraft and reconnaissance
Pro: remove red names, crosshairs and the ability for a enemy to see the kill cam
perk 2 weapon attributes
Sleight of hand: reload faster
Pro: ads faster and have the ability to pull pins on all types of grenades
Hardened: deeper bullet penetration
Pro: bullets do more damage against aircraft
Overkill: carry two primary weapons
Pro: carry to types of equipment
Warlord: carry two attachments on one primary weapon
Pro: carry two attachments on a secondary weapon
Steady aim: greater hip fire accuracy
Pro: reduce recoil on the gun you are wielding
perk 3 gameplay advantages
Recon: spot were kill streaks have been placed on your mini map
Pro: show silenced weapons on the map
Ninja: move around silently
Pro: make all of your actions silent
Bomb squad: seek out enemy equipment and explosives
Pro: plant and defuse the bomb faster
Flag bearer: no kill marker above you and no flashing flag when capture a flag by yourself
Pro: increase the speed you capture a flag
Virus: your are one second slow on a enemies mini map
Pro: create three other dots on the enemy mini map when you shoot.
